Welcome to ZiggyFocusWorld, a brand of SYNAPSE Lab. By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or using any of our digital content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About ZiggyFocusWorld
ZiggyFocusWorld provides digital printable products, educational resources, planners, coloring pages, activity materials and related digital content designed to support creativity, focus, planning and everyday routines. Unless otherwise stated, products sold through this website are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, usually through a download link or email. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable devices, software and printing facilities where required.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before access to a digital product is provided. Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Stripe and Klarna, whose own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed where required.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive your download, receive an incorrect file or experience a technical issue, please contact us so we can assist you.
5. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Because ZiggyFocusWorld products are digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed. Where permitted by applicable law, by requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase and that any applicable statutory withdrawal right may end once performance has begun. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please see our separate Refund Policy for more information.
6. Personal Use Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZiggyFocusWorld digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print purchased files for your own personal or household use.
You may not:
resell, redistribute or share the digital files;
upload the files to public websites, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms;
reproduce or modify the products for commercial resale;
claim ZiggyFocusWorld artwork, designs, text or characters as your own.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, artwork, illustrations, product designs, written materials, logos, branding and the Ziggy character remain the intellectual property of ZiggyFocusWorld / SYNAPSE Lab unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product grants you a limited licence to use it; ownership of the intellectual property is not transferred.
8. Educational and Informational Use
ZiggyFocusWorld resources are intended as supportive educational and creative materials. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational or other professional advice.
9. Product Descriptions
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, printers, paper, software or device settings.
10. Website Availability
We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the website or its content from time to time. We cannot guarantee that the website or download services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
